Angela Bramham is Senior Vice President of People & Administration at Elevate, where she leads the company’s people strategy, talent acquisition, organizational development, and internal operations. She is responsible for building and scaling the organizational infrastructure needed to support Elevate’s growth across utility-scale battery storage and digital infrastructure development.

Angela brings more than 15 years of experience leading people and operational functions across energy, infrastructure, and high-growth organizations. Her expertise spans organizational strategy, workforce planning, leadership development, HR transformation, and operational scaling, with a focus on aligning people, culture, and execution during periods of rapid growth and change.

Prior to joining Elevate, Angela held leadership roles across renewable energy, power generation, and infrastructure, where she helped organizations scale teams, implement enterprise systems, and build high-performing organizational frameworks designed to support long-term growth. She is known for creating pragmatic, people-centered approaches that balance operational excellence with strong company culture.
