Doug Stiegler

Doug Stiegler is an investment and finance leader with over a decade of experience driving the energy transition. He has transacted on more than 3 GW of renewable energy projects across solar, storage and wind—ranging from utility-scale greenfield developments to strategic acquisitions of operating portfolios. Prior to joining Elevate, Doug was VP of Investments at Strata Clean Energy, where he oversaw buy-side and sell-side M&A. Doug previously held the role of Director of M&A and Business Development at Ørsted Americas, where he originated and closed acquisitions spanning solar, onshore wind, storage, and P2X assets. Doug holds a BSBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill’s Kenan-Flagler Business School.
