Sean Kiernan

Chief Development Officer

Sean Kiernan has over 25 years experience of project development experience both domestically and abroad. He has successfully led the development a wide range of energy infrastructure
projects.

Sean joins Elevate after 4 years as co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of EV Realty which is a leading large EV charging infrastructure developer. In this role, Sean led the siting,
engineering, interconnection and permitting of a portfolio of large-scale, grid-optimized EV charging stations tailored to serve the freight and logistics sector.

Sean began his career developing thermal power projects internationally and domestically. In 2009, he transitioned into renewable project development and led the development, construction
and commissioning of utility scale solar and storage projects at Fotwatio Renewable Ventures, SunEdison, Engie and 8Minute Solar Energy (aka Avantus Energy).

Sean holds a B.S. degree in Geography from Radford University and Graduate Certificate in Environmental Management from Tufts University

He lives in San Carlos, CA with his wife, Corbie, son, Benjamin (17), son, Rhys (14) and daughter, Maggie (10).
